Delete your OURTOR account
You can request deletion from the app or from this page. We verify requests to protect your account.

How deletion works
Requesting deletion schedules it with a 30-day grace period. You can cancel during that window: sign in to the OURTOR app, open Settings, then Your Data, and choose cancel deletion. After 30 days the account is permanently deleted.
Deleting from the app
If you can sign in to the app, open Settings, select Your Data, then Delete Account, and confirm the request. If you cannot sign in, use the form above instead — we will email a confirmation link to the address on your account.
What we delete and retain
After the grace period, we delete your account and the data associated with it from OURTOR and Cognito. Associated media becomes inaccessible as part of the deletion process.
We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain financial and tax records. Any legally retained information is restricted and kept only for the applicable retention period.
